Angie needed practice holding her breath underwater so we practiced on my bed first...Angie said she could hold her breath for one minute but I know she could do three...I held her nose shut and when she tried to breath I covered her mouth...Not till she almost turned 5 shades of purple would I let her free...Angie almost held her breath for 3 full minutes...I am so proud of her...Next time we are doing 4 minutes...
