The Rules

Dava is next up to learn about the tub challenge. This is her first time trying to hold her breath and I have big plans for her. I go over the rules and have her take several deep breaths. Dava slips up and I start the timer...

The Longest Hold

Dava worked up several deep breaths and then slid under the water. Several more attempts Dava increased her breath hold time. I think he going topless helped.

Dava was extremely happy with her last time and so was I. We are going for 2 minutes next time!
