Since being home for over a month and not being able to go out and get any exercise I thought it was time to do some at home. Although I'm not normally someone who works out I thought I would try to do the bare minimum while home and this is what I came up with! I also have to reward myself at the end so there's a little clip of that as well.

And yes, this is slightly goofy but I thought it was fun!!
