I recently started brushing my teeth for 3-5 minutes instead of the recommended 2 minutes that dentist tell you. I feel that my mouth is cleaner and my breath is fresher. I apply toothpaste to my brush and begin brushing my teeth. Back in forth, up and down, wisdom tooth to front molar. My mouth begins to foam from my spit mixing with the minty toothpaste. It drips down my lip and onto my chin. I try to hold it in my mouth, but it begins to spill out so I have to spit into the sink (which is shown).

I go to brush my teeth for round two and get it foamy all over again. As always, I finsih my tooth care routine by rinsing off my brush and brushing my teeth with no toothpaste. Can't forget my tongue! I stick out my long pink tongue and make sure to brush it clean!
