Someone pointed out that I inhale and exhale deeper than most people. It helps that I was in choir for most of my life and learned how to breath from my diaphragm lol. I decide to revisit my deep breaths by intentionally inhaling and exhaling extra deep. I start out doing my regular hot breath blowing and transition in to some long inhales and exhales.
