Seems the business has been losing a LOT of money, and the only way he can get his investment back is to destroy the building and collect the insurance! He wraps her mouth with sticky microfoam tape, completely covering her face from just below her nose to her chin! She can't move, and the gag is so tight she can barely make a sound.
