The pair quickly engaged in a battle of magic vs super powers, with Dr. Weird throwing Ultra Girl into a restraining body field! Unable to move, Ultra Girl used the only weapon at her disposal: heat vision, which knocked her opponent to the floor and released her from the spell. She quickly fired off another blast, only to have it deflected back at her by the villain, and Ultra Girl was engulfed in flames! Her power belt protected her from any damage, and Dr. Weird realized that the only way to defeat the costumed cutie was to steal the belt! He only received a massive electrical shock for his troubles, and so he played his final card! A spell that stole Ultra Girls boots and encased her in a nylon cocoon that slowly crept up her body, encasing her from shoulders to toes! As she struggled to free herself, she realized that the cocoon was shrinking by the second, making escape impossible! With one final flourish, Dr. Weird summoned more nylons to cleave gag and blindfold the helpless heroine before leaving her to struggle against time as the cocoon shrunk tighter and tighter!
