Lilith finds herself in a hogtie, blindfolded, with a ball gag in her mouth, her head pulled back tight, mumbling cries to escape. She struggles, turns to her side, but can't pull out of it. That is, until she finds a knot to pull on. Can she undo enough knots to escape or will she remain hogtied?
