This is the first time Bianca Blance is in Philadelphia. She came to visit her favorite hero Rocky. As she is traveling her friend Kandylegs tells Bianca that Cjones says she cannot visit Rocky until he faces her in a match. Bianca accepts the match as she has been waiting a long time to see Rocky and she will let nothing stop her.
