This is episode 1 of the Foot soldier who is the master of loving feet. In this video Master Shredder sends his top Foot soldier to capture April O Neil but the Foot solider intent was to tie her up play with her feet and then bring her back to Master Shredder. When he goes to capture April O Neil she fights him back and actually puts him in a hold and makes him beg for mercy. She gives him mercy but he has to massage and play with her feet.
