There is a new evil villian from another planet. He has the body of a man and the head of a pumpkin. He is Pumpkinhead. He appears first to Batgirl as an image on her wall. He tries to convince her to join with him and to convert or all the other superheroines. When Batgirl refuses, Pumpkinhead appears before her and takes her over his knee and spanks her hard until she is convinced to join with him. Lots of hard spanking, special effects and sound effects included. It is campy, but the spanking is real.
