Tracy is a very naughty girl who cannot be controlled by her step-mother. In desperation, the step-mother sends for Miss Brown, a noted disciplinarian, to bring Tracy to heel. Tracy is even more insolent than usual as Miss Brown introduces herself, but quickly learns that a cane was made to teach a naughty girl some manners.
