Let me tell you about how I'm constipated...I normally unload in the mornings but I've given up coffee again and had a naughty lasagne last night, that means one thing, bunged up insides! I made myself a hot curry to blast the stuff out and the stomach cramps I'm having tell me it worked. I have some painful pl0ps, which you can see by my face and hear through the HD mic by the toilet.
