Cleo has been a bad little puppy. Though she is potty trained, Cleo continuously pees in the house to get the attention of her Master. Fed up, Master comes up with a punishment they know Cleo will hate. Master first diapers Cleo then restrains her with wrist and ankle cuffs and leashes her to the wall.
