My idea is you're at your new boyfriend's house for Christmas. His family makes you try everything they made, giving you gas and some intestinal problems. You have to keep sneaking off to let farts out. But then you really have to go to the bathroom. You ask where the bathroom is, you quickly undo your jeans, and sit on the toilet. You fart and have very runny diarrhea. You feel so much better. But people keep knocking, and you keep making up excuses (Be out in a minute, just freshening up, etc.) as you flush and try to cover the smell.
