Wearing your see through red bodysuit, go under the water, without holding your nose. Stay under as long as possible and then come up for air. Do this multiple times and keep eyes closed the whole time.

*Camera was unfortunately slightly out of focus, and since my eyes were closed I could not tell until I was editing. But it is not so bad that it ruins the clip. Just wanted to add a disclaimer for it.
