I start by donning my lab coat, and pulling on some surgical gloves... and then a second pair. Then I proceed with two incisions, then I sever your cords, and remove your testes. Oh no. Now, without prosthetics it seems silly to leave your scrotum. I'll remove it too. Perhaps I can put it to use.

Alright, all that's left now is to stitch you back up. There. Now be very mindful, I know hygene isn't your strong suit but you'll want to avoid getting an infection. If you do, don't come to me about it. You recovery is none of my concern.
