He would be punished for putting the supply of electricity at risk.I sent him to the utility room, the room used for his punishments, and had him strip. There, without a warm-up, I used my favourite cane to remind him that he should follow my instructions immediately in future. I gave him several strokes of the cane on his bare backside. After this he had to drive to the electricity company to pay the bill immediately and in person. I suspect he found sitting in the car quite uncomfortable.
