A while back Cecelia bought a pair of extremely high heeled, fur lined and shark tooth-soled boots she couldnâ€TMt resist, but until tonight and an 80â€TMs hair band concert her and a few of her friends are going to, Cecelia had yet to wear them on much more than the carpet.
