In this clip Cody is punished for wearing Boys clothes, he came home and found her napping in one of his dress shirts and a pair of his boxers. She tells us that she enjoys napping in his clothes when he is away, but he has asked her in the past not to wear his clothes, due to the girly smell that she leaves on them.
