Brat girls Jess and Brandy want Shawn to throw a party, but he refuses and the girls take matters into their own hands. They quickly overpower him and handcuff him to a chair. Then they proceed to tie him up with rope, tape his mouth shut, and pull his hat over his eyes. Jess and Brandy berate Shawn the whole time and eventually let him know the party is on.
