Sexy police office Holly Gibbons of the New York Police Department (NYPD), maybe be a busty blonde beauty as well as an officer of the law, but she has a weakness. Holly’s Achilles heel is that she is ticklish. Somehow Holly has found her way into a situation with a complete criminal master mind (of cartoon proportions). This mastermind that seem intent of tickling her (for no reason at all), having managed to hand cuff her with Holly’s own handcuffs.
