This is an older series I did, kind of like an advent calendar where every day leading up to christmas the characters boyfriend became more feminine as he lost a cm down there thanks to a super wish.

A nurse from the compound is disappointed that her boyfriend is so sad about his inability to lose weight, and how he never seems to try and understand her. Will Super Elfie help her boyfriend to understand her?

His muscles are so much softer and skin is soo much smoother, his attitude is really starting to scare me though.
