After The events of the Get away Violet is sitting at home and she notices the dollhouse in the nursery and it sparks an idea in her dirty mind, what if she really were small enough to live the life of luxury this small Dollhouse would provide to someone who was the appropriate size. So she uses the Perfume again to shrink herself down to size. You walk in after she's shrunk and have a little fun with her. She then makes you promise that if she were ever this tiny permanently you'd buy another dollhouse just for her to live in.
