Following an anonymous tip, a casual reconnaissance by a regional Peacemaker (Hollywood) of a small, suburban community on the outskirts of Cleveland weeds out some illicit activity - the illegal cultivation of a strictly regulated and banned perennial, a rare (and devious) Crimson Orchid.
