I have a cold so Im soaking in a hot bath to ease my aching muscles. You can tell how miserable and sick I am.I desperately need to blow my nose so I put my hands over my nose and blow! I show some of the snot that gets stuck on my hands, then rinse them in my bathwater. I blow some more. Then rub my nose, run my finger under my nostrils, and sniff to get relief.
