I rub my nose with my hand, then use my two index fingers to pinch my nostrils together. I wiggle my nose around. I decide to try something new. First, I use a pair of tweezers to pinch my nose. It's such a tight fit that I don't even need to use my hands to hold the tweezers in place. When I'm done with the tweezers, I use two q-tips to pinch my nostrils together. It lets you get a great view of my pinched nose without too much obstruction. Finally, I use a hair clip on my nose- it hurts!
