I hold my nose down, lift it up in a pig-nose, pinch the tip, use two fingers to pinch my nostrils closed, show you up my nose close enough for you to see my nose hairs, run my nose up and down my arm, rub my fingers under my nose, sniff, and rub! When Im done my poor nose is rubbed raw.
