Wunder Woman's tiara and cuffs have been stolen. A super villain known only as Voice is rumored to have them. She enters the villains lair only to here an unseen voice command her to freeze. Wunder Woman can't move but she can still talk. She yells at the Voice to let her go. He informs her that if she wants her magic tiara and cuffs back she will do exactly as he says.
