New year, new me, right? Question is... should I slim down or blow up?
I can tell you one thing: Working out is not what it used to be when I was thin.
And being in my old workout clothes is a reminder of how large I've gotten.
In addition to eating and fattening my way out of stamina and physical fitness, the sheer size of my body now is a challenge.
My belly gets in the way of doing situps. And it spills out of my active wear when I run.
And, when I do jumping jacks, it's like watching a wiggling jello mold ????
