There are a lot of gym photos in here. I spent so much time and energy there, sculpting my body, building muscle . But a lot of that effort came from the pressure and expectations put on me by others. I used to be kind of chubby, but I lost a bunch of weight and got really skinny. That's when I hit the gym and started to put on muscle and curves. ...

There are a lot of gym photos in here. I spent so much time and energy there, sculpting my body, building muscle . But a lot of that effort came from the pressure and expectations put on me by others. I used to be kind of chubby, but I lost a bunch of weight and got really skinny. That's when I hit the gym and started to put on muscle and curves. I got so vain , you guys. You'll hear stories in this video about me strutting around and showing off my body- only for me to look down at my protruding belly and cellulite-dimpled thighs and realize I traded that fit figure for laziness and indulgence .

all the outfits I can't wear the conventional attractiveness and perky features I sacrificed the muscles I built up, only to watch them become overtaken by softness and laziness
