Luke gets put over the chair to find out what it feels like to be at the other end of a particularly nasty little wooden paddle. Afterwards its upright against the dresser for a very methodical hand spanking. Notice how the hand is placed gently on lukes bottom to get an exact feel of where the spank will land.....or is it just to get an exact feel...
