Lady X has captured the dungeon master in his own lair and tied him up. She came in and tied him completely up, and began her smothering session on him. You can hear the grunts and groans from the dungeon master as he struggles to break free but can't. At the end of it Lady X knocks him out using face sits, then says she's thirsty and bites his neck.
