You could pretend to be a thief who is in this person's room, looking for valuables. However, the owner comes home, and sneaks into the room as she feels someone is there. She then spots you and you turn around and are both sort of in shock. She then (pretends) pokes you in the eyes, causing you to grab your face. Then, still in a shock, she (pretends) kicks you in the crotch, causing you to bend over. Finally, she (pretends) to karate chop you in the neck, making you fall to the floor or onto the bed.
