Order: You are a saleswoman in a very distinguished firm and you only serve VIP customers, needless to say, you need to dress formally for the job. Even though you are used to be on your feet so many hours a day it must have been the main reason why you have been diagnosed with a "heel spur" by your doctor - A very painful inflammation in your heels, it was probably caused by wearing sexy shoes all the time. There is so much work in the office that you can't afford to take any days off. When you start your day sitting behind your desk everything is fine - of course your heels are sore, but it's something you are used to when working like this for a few weeks now. (please shoot this entirescene with the camera on the floor directly behind your feet). You cross your feet together under the desk for a second and also rub your heels through the shoes a bit (no more than a few seconds). It is time to go and meet with a client, but as soon as you stand up you feel the most agonizing pain in your heels that you scream in pain, you crouch down and slip your heels, one at a time from the pumps - they are so red and swollen, you also roll your socks down all the way to balls of your feet so you can see your heels and arches only. This is too much, how will you meet with a client like this? You moan softly to yourself how bad it hurts and to the nearest wall (please change the camera again so it shows all of your sexy self :-) You lean against the wall and lift your left foot up (with the shoe still on) for a good massage of your heel pad - Then you do the same for your right heel (If you can please show the insides of your feet when you do this?) You then put your heels back in the shoes with the socks still rolled half way and head to the door, the client still waits. In the final scene you meet with your client (no one really needs to be there of course) :-) You have to explain to her what is wrong with your feet, you lift your left foot first and bring it close to the camera and you point with your finger and begin to trace all around the rim of your heel as you explain how badly it hurts and what you have been diagnosed with, you then show your client your right heel - please do the same thing again. The client feels so bad for you that she let's you go and relax on the couch, you are happy to do so as you to the couch to massage your painful heels some more.
