You get up to eat but then you start to feel dizzy. After awhile, your notice sharp pain coming from your navel and you start to finger it and that is when you figure out that the alien is trying to make its way out through your navel. In panic, you try to think ways to get rid him out but nothing works. Still in panic, all you can you do is watch as the alien continuing to make your stomach move violently, trying come out of your navel. In the end, eventually it comes out of your navel(not literally). Whatever else you want to add that would be cool.
