If you have a tripod, have your tripod about 2 ft high or 3 ft High, When you rubbing your feet crossed at the ankles, have your feet snug up together with no air in between the rubbing,, don't rub your feet hard just relax your feet and just start rubbing your feet together cross that the ankles, ongoing rubbing just like the sample.
