In each round, one girl blocks the other holding her by the neck and starts hitting her stomach hard. All belly punches (mostly uppercuts) but also knee strikes, hit from the navel or up and it can hear the sound of impact on abs (no artificial sounds).
During the challenge there is a continuous alternation until a hard combination of uppercuts to the stomach leaves one girl on her knees. As this one tries to catch her breath, the other girl locks her in a tight rear naked choke.
Once the defeated girl is shown, you can move on to the next round and the process repeats again and again, until the end of the video.

For the last part, it would be interesting if, toward the end of this round, one girl was on her knees, almost fainting in the sleper hold, but this one, with a few blows to the other's stomach, manages to reverse the move and knock her out ending the match for good.

In general I would like the chokes to always show the pressure of the biceps and forearm on the sides of the neck, thus avoiding crushing the trachea frontally with the forearm.

Another thing I wish there was special attention on is keeping the eyes open, both during belly punching and choking, and closing them only at the moment of fainting.
Please try to always look between you or upward and a little into the void during chokes, but avoid looking into the camera. The action would lose realism.
