To start my day off, I sit down and watch some tv. I decide now would be a perfect time to brush out my long thick hair since I have a good few minutes to spare. I brush through my hair, making sure all knots and tangles are gone from it. Then I flip all of my hair from side to side to brush through it all with my fingers.
