Do you understand how undesirable your flappy little meat down there is? It serves no purpose besides to get beaten off by you daily, and even then, don't you just feel so bad having to look down and see... *that* of all things? It's not even a pretty one. So sad. But I have a good idea on how you can take care of it: why don't you just get rid of it for good?
