Judge Suzy and Liutenant Margo is on duty. They read the many cases of the convicts and creating the boring process of inflict the right kind of punisment for them. After a few hours they get so bored that they decide to deliver the punishment by themselves. The next convict is guilty in theft, breach of peace and fast driving. He got a hundred hits with a strapping device, hundred hits with a cane and quite a few hits to his soles with the leather strap as well. The first is the prison strap which he destroys fast, so Lieutenant Margo has to bring in a simple leather belt to continue.
