The new prison guard shall inspect the cell before the new prisoner arrives. Highly motivated she checks everything. She plays around with the heavy handcuffs without knowing she lost the keys outside the cell. The door is stuck and now she's locked up in the cell getting more and more desperate. But her self inflicted misery becomes bigger when she manages to also get stuck with her boots.
