Television cables are sprawled out on the ground. They are covered with rubber so that people won't damage them too much. The rubber is not fastened tight and it comes off after a while, but soon some maintenance people put it back on again. The film is edited in such a way that only women are seen walking on the cables. In the film you can see how the rubber bends when the women step on it.
