This is the story of the fourth maid: Intrigued by the disappearance of the three maids, the fourth maid decides to follow the clues and search for Dr. Lab's laboratory in hopes of finding the three missing maids there. Wearing red Hunter Wellies and carrying a baseball bat, the fourth maid manages to reach Dr. Lab's laboratory. Once inside the laboratory, the fourth maid's attention is drawn to a terrifying sound. The sound appears to be coming from an old Ghetto blaster. Along with the Ghetto Blaster are some tapes tagged with the words "play me."
