During Teddy's medical examination, several medical items accidentaly dropped on the treatment room floor, once these items have been on the floor they're no longer suitable for medical purposes. Nurse Mila has been asked to clean the treatment room while patient Teddy lies on the chair and enjoys the view. While vacuuming behind the treatment chair, Mila suddenly discovers a spider.
