I am getting ready to go on our date, but I haven't been able to walk on my sprained ankle and have had to crawl everywhere. I had an idea that maybe I could walk on my ankle if I put on my leg brace and then wrap it with my ace bandage... kind of like a cast. I have to crawl to my brace, and my crutches are right where I dropped them when I sprained my ankle, so I have to get those and slide them on the floor to the chair I have to climb into. The cast helps a little, but I still whince in pain as I attempt to walk with my crutches.
