Tess is a very experienced prison warden. She knows how to handle girls like this 'Asian Angel'. She expertly cuffs this little Angel in the prison's standard configuration and then adds her own hinged handcuffs, just to annoy her prisoner. Tess gives Asian Angel the rough treatment: pulling her hair, making her kneel, dangling the keys, and eventually just leaving her all alone, cuffed and shackled on the floor.
