It's the holding cell for Crystal! A quick mug shot and then off into full prisoner restraints (waist belt and leg irons) to the cage where the arrested girls are held until they are processed. Unfortunately, we are rather backed up here, so Crystal will have to wait for a few hours in this cell until it's her turn... She is still restrained, but no one seems to care!
