I sit down and expell and LOUD soft pile that I've been holding for far too long. See, I had unexpected guest arrive early in the afternoon, right after my third cup of coffee. Thankfully they stepped outside for a smoke so I had a moment to slip away and drop the smelly massive steamy load. I just hope no one was able to hear me! I thought it would be less noisy.
