This morning my bowels are throbbing and full. I'm uncomfortable and gassy, but when I go to relieve myself all I can get out is a small soundless stinky doo. I push, and rock, and try everything to loosen up something more. I wait and wait but all my straining does is cause more pain and a small amount of red on the TP.
